Level 2 Drama students played to full houses over four nights this week with their production of The Crucible.
Bethany Fletcher was recognised as the top Dance student in NZ in 2020 at the annual Top Scholar Awards Ceremony hosted at Parliament yesterday.
A last-minute try to Manurewa saw the scores tie at 12 – 12 after a half time score of 6 – 0 to MAGS. The conversion for Manurewa saw them win 14 – 12.
A spirited game played at MRGS turf with Epsom scoring in the first half. Final Score 1 – 0 to Epsom.
The first game, which was a pre-season game was played at MAGS ending with a final score of 29 – 3 to MAGS.
First game of the winter season saw MAGS face Selwyn College. The half-time score saw both sides at 0 – 0. However MAGS scored two unanswered goals in the second half.
The MAGS Hockey Boys 1st XI played away to the Auckland Grammar 2nd XI and went in 1-0 up at half-time. By the end of the game, MAGS had run out convincing winners, 8-0.
On Friday April 23, our MAGS Megacrew came third at the Te Kaha O Te Rangatahi ‘Light it Up’ Secondary Schools National competition.
