Played out at Bert Henham Reserve again, MAGS fielded a senior mixed team in the AKSS Senior Ki O Rahi regional tournament.
They won their first three games in pool play, but in their crossover game against Westlake they suffered a narro loss, which put them into a 3rd/4th playoff against King’s College.
The game went into overtime but MAGs triumphed, earning a bronze medal and a trip to the nationals for the first time.
