Good bowling, 4 Ducks and a highest score of 26 left MAGS chasing St Kentigern College’s 77 after 15 overs. This was achieved also in 15 overs for 2 wickets.
With Hurdles starting at 8.30 it was a long hot day for the athletes that turned up to compete at Mt Smart Stadium.

This year there was no clash with Nationals so the Junior Boys played at Rosedale Park against three other teams. They won v Rutherford College 18 – 2, Mission Heights 21 – 0 and against One Tree Hill College 6 – 4.
The 6-a-side Junior Boys swept away Auckland Grammar School to face Rosmini College in the final again for the second successive year.
The Softball Girls team easily won their game against McAuley High School at May Rd 12 – 4.
The Junior A Boys had three games scheduled at Cornwall Park, the first two against Auckland Grammar and St Pauls.
The Junior A Girls played Epsom Girls Grammar School at Cornwall Park and won their game 3 -2.
