Again in another repeat of last year’s finals MAGS played Baradene 1X1 for the title. The game finished on a 0 – 0 score line so went to extra time. Within the first 10 minutes of extra time MAGS had scored twice. Baradene scored in the second ten minutes to leave the final score at MAGS 2 – 1.
Played out at the Ellerslie turf the Junior Girls vs Baradene was a replay of the previous year’s final. MAGS scoring in the first half remained the only score though not for lack of trying from Baradene.
Played out at the Netball Center, Yr 10 was one of four MAGS teams.
The teams traded goal for goal with MAGS ending on the positive side of the ledger, 4 – 3, and advancing to the semi-finals.
Played out at Auckland Netball courts MAGS had a number of teams present but only the Premier team won their pool but lost in the quarter-finals to St Kentigern College.
Played at Westlake Girls the four quarters were scored: 2/1, 3/1, 3/2 and finally 7/3 to MAGS.
Played at MAGS and led off with a haka, this game saw a halftime score of 24 – 3 to MAGS, who went on to win 44 – 10.
This game was an away game for the MAGS Premier Boys who unfortunately lost 65 – 101.
A fiercely fought game between these two teams was played out in the EGGS gym. The scores were tied up right up until the end, with EGGS breaking away to win 54 – 52.
