

MAGS had two athletes competing in the wrestling held at Rutherford College gym. Tiger-Lily Cocker-Lemailie and Max Shallard.
Tiger-Lily has qualified for the Commonwealth games. Both athletes won their rounds.
Played at Rosmini College MAGS scored 4 goals and if not for the Rosmini goalkeeper’s valiant efforts it could have been higher.
Played at Western Springs College under threatening rain MAGS scored 3 goals in the first half and two in the second leaving the final
score 5 – 0.
Played out at Otahuhu College rugby grounds it was a comprehensive win to MAGS 52 – 7.
In a home game defending the Jubilee Cup betweem MAGS and St Kentigern College, MAGS kicked off the scoring with a penalty.
The game was tight with the final score 18 – 17 to MAGS.
Super Sport Saturday saw MAGS Rugby Boys 1st XV successfully defend the Jubilee Cup at home against Auckland Grammar as part of Centenary Sports Week.
A fast paced game which MAGS won 26 – 24.
Played against Auckland Grammar as part of the Centenary celebrations there were plenty of attempts but only one goal to Grammar.
